CHAUD COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY
Chaud Company Plumbing Services, Inc. warrants its installation and repair work to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period of 1 year from the completion date unless otherwise stated in writing on the invoice.
All DRAIN LINE STOPPAGES are warranted for a period of 30 days from the completion date unless otherwise stated in writing on the invoice. All warranties are void if payment is not made when due. Warranties extend only to the customer who contracted the service and are not transferrable. If a defect on materials or workmanship covered by this warranty occurs, Chaud Co. will, with reasonable promptness and during normal working hours, remedy the defect. In no event shall Chaud Company Plumbing Services Inc. be held liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying the defect.
